1. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date the product is received.
The product may be opened and carefully tested, but it must be returned in good condition and preferably in its original packaging.
We ask customers to notify us as soon as possible if they wish to return an item.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us as soon as possible after delivery, and no later than 14 days after receiving the product.
Please contact us at support@noellahair.com and include your order number along with photos clearly showing the issue. We will then assist you with replacement or refund.
3. Return Process
Customers must contact customer support before sending any return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If you return an item due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover return shipping costs or send a replacement product at no additional charge.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that international return shipping times may vary, and refunds cannot be processed before the returned item has been received and reviewed.
